Refund policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you’re not feeling the love, we’ve made our return process as simple as possible.

  • 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the day your package arrives to return your order for a store credit.  Good Day PJs does not allow refunds, but will honor a return with a merchandise credit.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original "out of the box" condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

  • Easy Labels: Once your return is authorized, we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label to print and stick on the box.


What Can’t Be Returned?

While we try to be flexible, a few things are final sale for safety and hygiene reasons:

  • Items marked "Final Sale" on the product page.

  • Gift cards.


How to Make a Return

  1. Email us at gooddayjammies@gmail.com

  2. Make sure to include your order number in your note

  3. Ship It: Pack your items securely, attach the provided label, and drop it off at any USPS location. Customers are responsible for shipping costs.

  4. Once we receive your items, we’ll inspect them and process your return within 5–7 business days.


Damaged or Wrong Items?

Mistakes happen! If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong thing, please email us at gooddayjammies@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll send a replacement out immediately and cover all shipping costs to make it right.
