Shipping Policy
We know you're excited to get your order, and we’re just as excited to get it to you! Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2 business days.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

We do not ship on weekends or major holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (like during a major sale), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can follow your package’s journey right to your doorstep!
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Good Day is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want you to have a great experience.

Damaged: If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, then contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Missing: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you can't find it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before reaching out to us.
